NDHU Email Account

Start using your NDHU email account

When you register at NDHU, you are automatically given a Google Education Account, which uses your student ID as the default account address with the domain @gms.ndhu.edu.tw.

NDHU Google Account storage

Starting from May 23rd, 2023, there are some changes in Google's policies that will affect NDHU's account storage. Current students will be provided with 2GB cloud storage, including those who are suspended. Alumni and those who have withdrawn from the university will have a limitation of 0.5GB. Although your account will still be active, you won't be able to log in, send or receive emails, once your account storage is full.
